Job description for Web Planning Project Manager 網站優化專案經理 at Cyberlink
We are seeking for a Web Planning Project Manager to drive both “user acquisition” & “subscriber retention” via Web services.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey a vision from a usability standpoint are necessary.
Qualification of this candidate is as below:
1. Responsible for coming out proposals, including a high-fidelity UI/UX mockup, that can be implemented and seeing positive impacts of driving both Acquisition & Retention KPI.
2. Data-driven. They are skilled and insightful in leveraging various data tools to identify user insights and continuously seek optimization.
3. A good x-team communicator to coordinate with diff. Teams (design, engineering, marketing, etc.) push Web services forward.
4. Good Understanding of trends and competition offerings is a must
5. Proactive. Problem-solving mindset.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree (with mobile web internet technical background) preferred
2. Experience as a web planner and proven success in a website planning role is a must
3. Familiar with Google Analytics
4. Excellent communication skills, including excellent reading and writing skills
5. A passion for learning and collecting modern design references
