Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Pengembangan & Pemeliharaan Website (Coding/Technical)
Membantu Digital Marketing mengurus Admin Sosmed.
Membangun, mengembangkan, dan memelihara website perusahaan & e-commerce agar selalu responsif, cepat, dan aman.
Melakukan coding (front-end/back-end) untuk kustomisasi fitur, perbaikan bug, dan pembaruan sistem website.
Mengelola dan mengoptimalkan platform e-commerce Seller Center (Tokopedia & Tiktok), Inaproc E-Katalog dll.
Mengunggah produk baru, memperbarui deskripsi, mengatur harga, stok, serta memastikan katalog produk rapi dan informatif.
Memantau jalannya transaksi, memastikan sistem pembayaran online berfungsi dengan baik, dan berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang/logistik terkait pesanan.
Menganalisis performa website dan traffic penjualan menggunakan alat seperti Google Analytics bersama Digital Marketing.
Memberikan rekomendasi teknis untuk meningkatkan conversion rate.
Membantu menyiapkan report untuk website traffic, marketplace & social media.
Nilai Plus jika bisa menggunakan aplikasi editor seperti Canva, CapCut dll.

Syarat Pelamar:

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau bidang terkait (terbuka untuk lulusan baru/fresh graduate yang memiliki portofolio kuat).
Menguasai bahasa pemrograman web dasar: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, dan PHP.
Memiliki pemahaman tentang manajemen database (MySQL) dan pengelolaan hosting/cPanel.
Paham cara kerja optimasi performa website (kecepatan loading halaman dan mobile-responsiveness).
Memiliki kemampuan problem-solving yang baik (mampu troubleshooting jika website down atau error).
Teliti, detail, dan terorganisir dalam mengelola data produk yang banyak.
Mampu bekerja mandiri maupun berkolaborasi dengan tim terkait.
