Sebagai Full Stack Developer dan Web Developer, Anda akan bertanggung jawab atas pengembangan dan pemeliharaan sistem web yang efisien dan skalabel. Anda akan bekerja sama dengan tim untuk mengubah konsep menjadi aplikasi yang dapat diakses oleh pengguna. Tugas utama termasuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan fitur-fitur baru, menyelesaikan masalah teknis, serta memastikan kualitas kode dan performa aplikasi. Selain itu, Anda juga akan terlibat dalam pengujian, dokumentasi, dan komunikasi dengan stakeholder internal maupun eksternal.

Kami mencari kandidat yang memiliki gelar S1 dari jurusan terkait seperti Teknik Informatika atau Ilmu Komputer. Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 hingga 3 tahun di bidang pengembangan perangkat lunak akan menjadi nilai tambah. Kandidat harus memiliki kemampuan dalam Node.js, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL, PostgreSQL, React.js, Microsoft SQL Server, Laravel, MongoDB, dan C++. Selain keterampilan teknis, kami juga menghargai sikap yang proaktif, kreatif, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim. Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize websites and web applications based on project requirements.

• Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into functional web applications.

• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.

• Ensure websites are responsive and compatible across different browsers and devices.

• Integrate websites with APIs, databases, third-party services, and other systems.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, errors, and perf

• ormance issues.

• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure functionality, security, and performance.

• Maintain and improve existing websites and web applications.

• Implement website security, performance optimization, SEO best practices, and scalability.

• Stay updated with the latest web development technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in web development

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks

• Understanding of backend development

• Good understanding of REST API, JSON, database, and web application architecture

• Familiar with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.

• Familiar with Git/GitHub/GitLab and version control practice

• Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and website performance optimization

• Basic understanding of web security and SEO is an advantage

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Good communication skills and able to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements
