About the Role
PT Sinotrans Overseas Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and strategic Warehouse Manager to spearhead our warehouse and logistics operations across the South Kalimantan region, based in Banjarmasin.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement robust regional warehouse strategies to optimize operational efficiency, resource allocation, and cost-effectiveness across South Kalimantan.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring strict compliance with safety standards, quality control protocols, and industry regulations.
Inventory & Systems Management: Maintain advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control measures, with a strong focus on high-value telecommunication infrastructure products.
Team Development: Mentor, manage, and elevate a high-performing team of warehouse supervisors and operational staff across multiple sites.
Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives (such as Lean Six Sigma) and integrate innovative technologies to elevate service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in warehouse management, including 3 to 5 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.
Industry Background: Proven operational background within the 3PL or freight forwarding sector, with specific, hands-on experience managing telecommunication infrastructure products.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control principles, and regional budget management.
Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is considered a significant advantage.
Cultural Adaptability: Demonstrated experience and comfort working closely with Chinese expatriate management and clients.
Mobility & Availability: Willing to be based permanently in Banjarmasin, undertake frequent regional travel (~75%), adapt to flexible working hours as required, and join immediately.
Employment Status & Availability: Willing to work under an outsourcing employment status and able to join immediately.
