About Aqualux

Aqualux Indonesia supplies premium water toys, to day-trip boats, luxury yachts, phinisi charters, beach clubs, dive centers and resorts. Already established in Bali and Nusa Penida, and Labuan Bajo operation to serve the Komodo charter and day-trip fleet.

The Role

You are the face of Aqualux in the field. When a booking comes in, you prepare the units and deliver them to the boat. Once on site, you brief and train the crew so they can run the activity safely and confidently with their guests. One day it's a day-trip boat, the next it's a luxury charter.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment & logistics

Prepare units for every booking: charging, cleaning, functional checks, battery management

Load, transport and deliver equipment to the boat or venue on time — including early-morning harbour departures

Collect, inspect and rinse units after each session; report any damage immediately

Keep the fleet inventory, serial numbers and battery tracking up to date

On-site instruction & crew training

Deliver clear, professional briefings to boat crews and cruise directors: operation, safety protocols, guest handling, cleaning and care

Demonstrate the equipment in the water and coach first-time users

Ensure guest waivers are signed and safety procedures are followed before every session

Represent Aqualux professionally in front of captains, cruise directors, guests and partner management

Reporting

Report daily activity, session counts and equipment status to management

What We're Looking For

Essential

Fluent, confident English — you will be speaking directly with cruise directors and resort management on a daily basis

Working Bahasa Indonesia — most local boat crews you train will be Indonesian-speaking

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills — well-groomed, professional attitude

Reliability and discipline — bookings depend on you being on time, prepared and consistent. This is non-negotiable

Strong swimmer, confident in open water and around boats

Valid driving license (motorbike, ideally car) and ability to move around Labuan Bajo and the harbour area daily

Based in Labuan Bajo, or ready to relocate

Nice to have

Experience in watersports, diving, surfing, foiling or the marine/hospitality industry
