Job Description
- Assist customers in identifying their water treatment needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and support showroom sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum SMA/SMK; Diploma/Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience in Sales, Retail, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn about water treatment products.
- Willing to work on-site at the showroom; proactive prospecting or canvassing is a plus.
