Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warranty, technical support, or heavy equipment failure analysis.
- Strong understanding of heavy equipment components, spare parts, and operating systems.
- Proven ability to perform root cause and failure analysis and provide appropriate technical recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, technical documentation, and report preparation.
- Effective communication skills in coordinating with customers and principals.
- Demonstrates AI literacy or familiarity with AI-based technologies.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including proficiency in English.
