Job description for Warehouse Team Leader - Jakarta at Magada Tirta Amerta
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan daily manpower and work schedules for field operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage daily warehouse activities to achieve operational KPIs.
• Monitor warehouse inventory, capacity, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure middle mile delivery operations meet the required SLA.
• Prepare and submit operational reports accurately and on time.
• Update warehouse SOPs and work instructions in coordination with the Warehouse Manager.
• Create and communicate the team's work schedule with the Warehouse Manager.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading warehouse operations (Inbound & Outbound).
• Experience managing warehouse inventory.
• Able to plan manpower requirements based on forecasted workload.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills in daily warehouse operations.
• Good understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
