Job description for Warehouse Supervisor at PT Hirenest Manusia Berdaya
We are assisting one of our client, a MSME engage in Herbal Industry is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently, from goods receiving and storage to order fulfillment and shipping.
- Monitor stock checks and inventory records to maintain product availability and missing items.
- Ensure all products are stored according to company standards and procedures.
- Lead the warehouse team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and meet operational targets.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure physical stock matches the inventory records in the system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse operations, including stock management, inventory, shipments, and goods received.
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelors degree (S1) in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Min. 4 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics, preferably in the retail, herbal/skincare, or consumer goods industry.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), such as BigSeller is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills in stock and inventory management.
- Good communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and develop team members.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and demonstrate strong project management skills.
