Job description for Warehouse Supervisor at Pt. Sinotrans Csc Indonesia
PT. Sinotrans Overseas Indonesia is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to strengthen our warehousing operations serving telecommunication infrastructure clients. This role is open for placement in Cibitung, Bekasi (West Java) and Banjarmasin (South Kalimantan).

What Will You Do?
Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency across receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Manage inventory control and warehouse management systems (WMS), with a focus on telecommunication infrastructure products.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and customer requirements.
Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff to meet daily operational targets.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and service quality.
What Are We Looking For?
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at the same position/level from a 3PL company.
Industry Expertise: Minimum 7 years of experience handling warehousing & inventory operations for products and/or customers in the telecommunications infrastructure sector (e.g., BTS towers, fiber optic cables, microwave equipment, parabolic antennas, etc.) — mobile phone manufacturers are not applicable.
Communication: Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Employment Status: Willing to work as an outsourced employee under the outsourcing vendor engaged by Sinotrans Indonesia.
Location: Willing to be placed in Cibitung, Bekasi, and/or Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan.
