Job description for Warehouse Staff at Pt Mitra Kreasi Natural
- Melakukan monitoring barang di gudang dengan melakukan pencatatan dan pengisian kartu stok
- Melakukan Stok Opname secara berkala.
- Mengatur tata letak dan posisi produk di dalam gudang
- Bertanggung jawab atas proses barang masuk dan keluar dari seluruh gudang
- Memproses barang retur baik dari konsumen maupun retur kepada manufaktur
- Bertanggung jawab dan memastikan proses barang masuk keluar sesuai dengan metode FEFO (First Expired First Out).
- Melakukan pengawasan terhadap masa expired produk yang ada di gudang
- Memastikan seluruh PO yang telah dibuat diterima oleh gudang tepat waktu.
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap pemisahan produk di gudang berkaitan dengan bundling produk dan promosi.
- Melakukan stok alokasi dan penjadwalan penempatan stok di Market Place
- Melakukan pengembalian stok alokasi ketika masa campaign berakhir
- Membuat laporan stok opname kepada setiap brand.
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi data laporan gudang dengan stok di sistem.
- Membuat laporan stok harian, mingguan dan bulanan.
KUALIFIKASI:
- Pendidikan Minimal S1 Akuntansi, Manajemen, Dan Sejenisnya
- Laki-Laki Max Umur 28 Tahun
- Pengalaman Minimal 2 Tahun sbg Warehouse Staff
- Dapat bekerja dengan teliti, Cekatan, dan dapat bekerja sama dengan tim
- Memiliki keahlian dalam komunikasi, Koordinasi, dan memimpin.
