Warehouse Staff

Job Summary

Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling inventory of raw materials, components, spare parts, and finished goods to support EV motorcycle production and operational activities.

Requirements

* Male, minimum 20 years old

* Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; Diploma degree is an advantage.

* Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or EV industries.

* Familiar with warehouse processes including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and stock control.

* Able to operate warehouse equipment such as hand pallet, pallet jack, and forklift (forklift license/SIO is an advantage).

* Understanding of inventory management principles (FIFO, FEFO, stock counting, and cycle count).

* Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Experience using ERP/WMS systems is preferred.

* Physically fit and able to lift and move materials safely.

* Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Willing to work overtime, shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.

* Willing to be placed in the factory/warehouKey Responsibilities

* Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against delivery documents.

* Store materials and products according to warehouse procedures and designated locations.

* Prepare and issue materials for production based on material requests.

* Perform stock counting, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.

* Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/WMS system.

* Ensure FIFO/FEFO implementation and proper material traceability.

* Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

* Assist in loading and unloading shipments.

* Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Quality Control, and Logistics departments.

* Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and operational issues to supervisors.

* Support continuous improvement activities within warehouse operations.
