Job description for Warehouse Staff at PT Teknologi Strategis Nusantara

Kualifikasi:

1. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK semua jurusan

2. Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang Warehouse/Logistik (fresh graduate dipertimbangkan)

3. Pengetahuan dasar manajemen distribusi dan alur pengiriman barang, Mampu menggunakan perangkat tracking atau sistem distribusi (diutamakan), Mampu membuat laporan pengiriman dan dokumentasi pendukung.

4. Teliti, Disiplin, Kemampuan Analisis, Komunikasi, Pemecahan masalah, Manajemen Waktu.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

1. Melakukan pemantauan dan analisis stok barang secara akurat di seluruh lokasi penyimpanan.

2. Memastikan kesesuaian data stok antara sistem dan kondisi fisik di lapangan.

3. Melakukan cycle count dan stock opname berkala, serta menginvestigasi perbedaan data jika ditemukan selisih.

4. Memantau dan menganalisis tren pergerakan barang untuk meminimalkan overstock atau stockout.

5. Mengembangkan dan menerapkan prosedur kerja terkait pengelolaan inventory agar efisien dan efektif.

6. Mengidentifikasi barang slow-moving atau dead stock dan memberikan rekomendasi penanganan.
