Job description for Warehouse Staff at PT. ILJIN Indonesia
PT Iljin Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Staff to support warehouse operations in the plastic manufacturing industry.
This role focuses on receiving and storing goods, inventory accuracy, and shipment preparation for LDPE, HDPE, and PP products serving industrial clients.
The Job Outline
Your role is to keep warehouse operations running smoothly by handling goods accurately, maintaining stock records, and supporting timely deliveries.
What You Will Do
- Receive incoming goods and check quantities and condition against supporting documents.
- Store and organize goods in designated locations for safe handling and easy identification.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing goods according to delivery requirements.
- Record stock movements and maintain accurate warehouse documentation.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or other issues.
- Coordinate with production, administration, and delivery teams to support daily operations.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized, and follow workplace safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Careful and accurate when handling goods, counting stock, and checking documents.
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow procedures consistently.
- Comfortable with hands-on work in a warehouse environment.
- Able to communicate clearly and work well with other teams.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and stock records.
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus.
Time & Money
- Working days: 6 days/week
- Monday – Friday: Full day (8 hours)
- Saturday: Half day (08.00 – 12.00)
- Clear and consistent working schedule (no shift system).
- Salary: IDR up to 6,000,000/month (based on experience)
