Job description for Warehouse Staff at Solusi Senyum Indonesia

Kualifikasi:

* Minimal SMA/SMK atau sederajat.

* Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Warehouse, Inventory, atau Logistics menjadi nilai tambah.

* Memahami proses receiving, fulfillment, dan stock control.

* Teliti, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja secara team maupun individu.

* Mampu menggunakan komputer dan aplikasi warehouse/inventory.

Tanggung jawab:

* Melakukan proses receiving barang, termasuk pengecekan quantity, kondisi, dan kesesuaian dengan dokumen.

* Melakukan proses fulfillment meliputi picking, packing, dan memastikan barang siap untuk dikirim.

* Melakukan stock control dengan memastikan kesesuaian antara stok fisik dan stok pada sistem.

* Melakukan stock opname secara berkala dan melakukan rekonsiliasi apabila terdapat selisih stok.

* Melakukan pencatatan dan monitoring stock movement barang masuk dan keluar.

* Memastikan operasional warehouse berjalan sesuai SOP, dan standar keamanan.

* Menjaga kerapian, kebersihan, dan keamanan area warehouse.

* Berkoordinasi dengan tim Inventory, Logistics, dan tim terkait untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional.

* Membantu mengidentifikasi dan melakukan improvement terhadap proses warehouse untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi operasional.
