Qualifications:
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or related operations is preferred.
- Able to operate computers and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook/Email).
- Good administrative and inventory record-keeping skills.
- Honest, responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Physically fit and in good health to perform warehouse operational activities.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.
- Basic leadership skills and the ability to take initiative are an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods by verifying quantities, item types, and conditions against supporting documents.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to support smooth loading and unloading activities.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring stock is properly recorded and managed.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits as required.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety to ensure an efficient working environment.
- Ensure the security and proper handling of all goods stored within the warehouse.
- Prepare and submit warehouse operational reports.
- Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, hand pallets, weighing scales, and other operational tools.
- Report operational issues, discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Comply with company policies, warehouse procedures, and occupational health and safety regulations.
