Job description for Warehouse Manager at PT RAMAI BERSAMA INDONESIA
Key Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Lead, organize, and manage the warehouse team to ensure efficient daily operations and good working discipline.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain proper stock records through regular stock opname and inventory checks.
- Monitor warehouse data and identify discrepancies, operational issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate closely with Store Operations, Logistics, and other teams to ensure timely product availability and fulfillment.
- Establish and maintain proper warehouse organization, processes, and operating standards.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, organized, and operates efficiently.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and support when needed.
- Take ownership of warehouse operations and proactively solve operational problems.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the company from time to time.
Requirements
- Female candidate with relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, retail, e-commerce, or related industries.
- Previous experience in team management or warehouse supervision is required.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, with the ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks.
- Strong team management and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong data sensitivity and analytical thinking, with the ability to understand inventory and operational data and identify problems or trends.
- Experience with inventory management, warehouse management, stock opname, logistics, or store operations is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges as the company grows.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
