### Warehouse Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Preferably experienced in Cosmetics, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, and distribution processes.
- Familiar with ERP/WMS systems and inventory management tools.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Understanding of FIFO, FEFO, stock accuracy, cycle count, and warehouse safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory records and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement and monitor warehouse procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.
- Oversee the movement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO and inventory management practices.
- Coordinate with PPIC, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to support operational requirements.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, stock turnover, on-time delivery, and warehouse productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes and space utilization.
- Develop, coach, and evaluate warehouse team performance.
