Job description for Warehouse Manager at PT Aoltop Global Indonesia
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Lead and manage all warehouse operational activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
2. Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain proper stock control procedures.
3. Monitor warehouse KPIs such as stock accuracy, productivity, fulfillment rate, and on-time delivery.
4. Develop and implement warehouse SOPs and operational improvements.
5. Manage warehouse manpower planning, work schedules, and team productivity.
6. Supervise Warehouse Supervisors and warehouse staff.
7. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
8. Ensure warehouse safety standards and compliance are implemented.
9. Analyze warehouse operational reports and identify improvement opportunities.
10. Manage stock opname processes and inventory adjustments.
11. Handle operational issues and escalation from warehouse activities.
12. Control warehouse operational costs and resource utilization.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
2. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations.
3. Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership position as Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Warehouse Manager.
4. Strong experience in inventory management and warehouse process optimization.
5. Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management System), ERP, or inventory systems.
6. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
7. Strong leadership and people management capability.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
9. Experience handling high-volume operations is preferred.
10. Placement in Balaraja Barat, Tangerang.
