Job description for Warehouse Logistic Manager at PT Catur Sukses Internasional
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the warehouse, all assets and inventory within it, and resolving all operational issues related to warehouse activities.
- Ensure stock accuracy by conducting routine daily stock checks, random stock audits, and monthly stock opname activities.
- Ensure the accuracy and control of service stock inventory.
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate warehouse employees and operational manpower.
- Manage and ensure proper maintenance of operational vehicles.
- Maintain and ensure all warehouse office assets and inventory are properly controlled and maintained.
- Conduct team performance evaluations, including salary recommendations, promotions, demotions, transfers, disciplinary actions (warning letters), and attendance monitoring.
- Monitor and approve employee loan requests in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor the performance of AR Staff, Collectors, and Traditional Sales Staff (specifically for WL Cikampek and WL Serang).
- Check and monitor petty cash balances on a daily basis.
- Responsible for ensuring all warehouse operational processes run properly, effectively, and in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with the Operational Supervisor for inbound and outbound activities to ensure goods receiving and delivery processes run properly according to SOP.
- Coordinate with the Service Supervisor to ensure receiving and delivery processes for service goods are carried out properly according to SOP.
- Coordinate with HRD to ensure proper manpower management and employee arrangements.
- Coordinate with external parties to provide vehicle backup support to ensure delivery operations are not disrupted.
- Coordinate with other Warehouse Managers (WLM) to improve transfer order (TO) and service operations.
- Control and monitor all warehouse operational expenses and expenditures.
- Monitor the arrangement and loading of goods both in the warehouse and inside delivery vehicles.
- Responsible for ensuring warehouse operational targets and KPIs are achieved.
Target Achievement Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with related departments (Sales and Finance) to achieve company targets.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and operational activities with the Operational Supervisor to achieve targets and resolve operational issues that may arise.
- Arrange overtime schedules when necessary to avoid pending deliveries and ensure operational targets are achieved.
Qualifications :
- Age : Minimum 30 years old
- Gender : Male
- Education : Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in any major
- Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics company
- Technical Skills : Understanding of delivery routes and proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Other Requirements : Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills
