About the Role
We are seeking an operational, people-focused Warehouse Leader to oversee daily inbound, storage, and outbound fulfillment workflows at our Warehouse. The ideal candidate will combine proven team management abilities with fluent English communication skills to coordinate frontline floor teams and align directly with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & People Management: Lead, supervise, and mentor daily shift teams (packers, pickers, and material handlers), ensuring balanced workload distribution, high morale, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Cross-Border & Stakeholder Communication: Communicate clearly in English and Indonesian with internal management, international partners, and corporate operations teams regarding stock status, logistics updates, and SLA performance.
- Daily Inbound & Outbound Operations: Supervise receiving, quality checking, shelving, picking, packing, and dispatch processes to meet daily shipment targets with zero discrepancies.
- Inventory Accuracy & Control: Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation using warehouse management systems (WMS) to prevent shrinkage, loss, or damaged goods.
- Safety & Continuous Improvement: Enforce workplace health and safety (K3) standards on the warehouse floor and identify process bottlenecks to optimize fulfillment speed and storage efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or fulfillment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Strong English proficiency (both spoken and written) for regular reporting, stakeholder alignment, and operational coordination.
- Demonstrated team leadership: Experienced in motivating warehouse staff, conducting shift briefings, handling conflict resolution, and setting clear daily KPIs.
- Solid experience operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, and Microsoft Excel (spreadsheet tracking, VLOOKUP, inventory reconciliation).
- Disciplined, structured, and capable of working under high-volume order cycles.
- Willing to work 100% on-site in Tangerang.
