Job description for WAREHOUSE LEADER at PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Specialist to support and coordinate daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and material control while ensuring accurate and efficient warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory movements, and material availability.
- Ensure proper warehouse organization, labeling, and storage procedures.
- Conduct regular stock checking and support periodic stock opname/inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor and control warehouse transactions through WMS/ERP systems.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Good knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and material handling.
* Experience using WMS and/or ERP systems is required.
* Able to work independently and effectively coordinate with multiple departments.
* Good communication skills in English, Mandarin language skills are considered an advantage.
* Willing to be based in Kendal, Central Java.
* Experience in manufacturing, solar PV, electronics, or other industrial environments is highly preferred.
