Job description for warehouse leader at PT Chera Abadi Jaya
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
1. Maximum Age: 45 Years Old
2. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Logistics, Management, or related field (preferred), or Senior High School (SMA/K) with strong relevant experience.
3. 1–5 years in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
4. Able to manage daily inbound (receipt) and outbound (delivery) operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
5. Conduct briefings, training staff, and delegating work.
6. Preparing daily/monthly performance reports and managing
7. Expertise in FIFO, FEFO, cycle counting, and inventory counting
8. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and SAP
10. Willing to be placed in the Cakung area – East Jakarta
