Job description for Warehouse Leader at PT Jaya Refrigeration Equipment (Midea Indonesia)

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK atau D3, diutamakan jurusan Logistik, Manajemen, Teknik Industri, atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang warehouse perusahaan manufaktur, dengan pengalaman memimpin tim.
Memahami proses warehouse untuk raw material, WIP, finished goods, dan/atau spare part.
Memahami inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, cycle count, stock opname, dan traceability material.
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel serta memahami sistem ERP/WMS, seperti SAP atau sistem sejenis.
Memahami penerapan SOP, K3, 5R/5S, dan prinsip continuous improvement.
Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, pemecahan masalah, koordinasi lintas departemen, serta pengambilan keputusan operasional.
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift apabila diperlukan.
