Job description for Warehouse Keeper (PROJECT MATERIALS) at IJI GROUP
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Keeper to manage the storage, inventory, and distribution of construction materials for our luxury hospitality development projects.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming construction materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Organize and store construction materials efficiently while maintaining proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements.
- Prepare and issue materials to project sites based on approved material requests.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the Procurement team.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of building materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and stock shortages.
- Coordinate material deliveries between the warehouse and project sites.
Requirements
- Must be currently based in Bali.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Keeper, Storekeeper, or Inventory Controller handling construction materials or building supplies.
- Experience working on construction, villa, hotel, resort, or hospitality development projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Familiar with construction materials such as cement, steel, plumbing materials, electrical materials, finishing materials, tools, and equipment.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
