Job description for Warehouse Keeper for E-Commerce at Insta360+Philips
Job Descriptions:
1. Manage and monitor stock inventory levels, resolve material discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy of materials and spare parts inventory
2. Check the system orders and pack them for shipping in the office
3. Supervise daily warehouse operational activities, including report validation, weekly coordination, and monthly internal reviews, as well as monitor and achieve team productivity targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Warehouse keeper in E-commerce or Online Sales industry.
Problem Solving: Excellent real-time problem-solving skills to resolve operational challenges and ground-level issues effectively.
Software & Systems Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for inventory/logistical data and reporting) and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems .
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Candidates with previous experience working in a Chinese company or within a Chinese corporate culture will be preferred.
