Job description for Warehouse Finished Good Officer at Win&Co Group
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field
- Have 1-2 years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations (receiving, inventory, shipping)
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and high integrity, with ability to work under pressure
- Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP, and computer literacy
- Understanding of food safety procedures, inventory control, and warehouse environment management (cleanliness, temperature, humidity)
- Certification in Warehouse Management System is a plus
