Job Desk After Sales Supervisor (Warehouse)

Deskripsi pekerjaan

1. Mengelola Proses Retur & Garansi

  • Menerima dan memeriksa barang retur dari customer/marketplace/distributor/affiliator/KOL.
  • Memastikan kerusakan sesuai syarat garansi.
  • Mengklasifikasi barang: bisa diperbaiki, replace unit, atau reject garansi.
  • Mengontrol proses RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • Memastikan SLA penanganan servis sesuai target perusahaan.

Contoh:

Air purifier mati total → cek adaptor, PCB, motor fan.

Robot vacuum error sensor → koordinasi pengecekan teknisi.

Power bank tidak charging → verifikasi baterai & port.

2. Mengawasi Tim Gudang After Sales

  • Mengatur pekerjaan admin service, checker, teknisi, dan picker gudang.
  • Membagi tugas harian.
  • Memastikan target harian selesai.
  • Mengontrol disiplin dan produktivitas tim.
  • Memonitor jumlah unit masuk, unit selesai repair, unit pending sparepart, unit replacement.

3. Monitoring Perbaikan Produk

  • Berkoordinasi dengan teknisi untuk diagnosa kerusakan.
  • Memastikan proses repair sesuai SOP.
  • Mengontrol kualitas hasil perbaikan sebelum dikirim kembali.

Contoh pengecekan:

Vacuum cleaner suction normal.

Bluetooth speaker suara tidak pecah.

Robot vacuum sensor dan mapping berfungsi.

Air purifier filter & fan berjalan baik.

4. Mengontrol Sparepart

  • Memastikan sparepart tersedia: baterai, filter HEPA, motherboard, sensor, motor, adaptor, roda robot vacuum, dll
  • Membuat permintaan pembelian sparepart.
  • Mengontrol penggunaan sparepart agar tidak boros atau hilang.

5. Menangani Komplain Customer

  • Menjadi escalation point jika ada komplain berat.
  • Memberikan solusi: repair, replacement, refund parsial, atau edukasi penggunaan produk
  • Berkomunikasi dengan marketplace/customer service.

Contoh:

Customer komplain speaker cepat habis baterai.

Customer marah karena robot vacuum lama diperbaiki.

Customer klaim vacuum cleaner baru 2 minggu sudah rusak.

6. Administrasi & Reporting

  • Membuat laporan jumlah barang retur, jenis kerusakan terbanyak, performa teknisi, penggunaan sparepart, biaya repair, claim garansi supplier, aging repair unit.
  • Bisa menggunakan Excel, Google Sheet, ERP, atau sistem warehouse/service management.

7. Quality Control (QC)

  • Memastikan barang yang selesai diperbaiki lolos QC.
  • Menjalankan testing sebelum pengiriman.

Contoh:

test charging power bank, test bluetooth connectivity, test suction vacuum cleaner, test sensor obstacle robot vacuum.
