Job description for Warehouse & Store Operations Staff at PT Allstar Scandy Azteka
PT. Scandy s a candy import and distribution company supplying supermarkets and retail partners across Bali.
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and reliable Warehouse & Store Operations Staff member to manage daily warehouse activities, inventory records, and product replenishment at our supermarket partner locations.
This position combines warehouse administration with regular visits to supermarkets across Bali.
Full training and step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, hygiene, and organization according to company SOPs.
- Perform and record daily warehouse temperature and cleaning checks.
- Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming products.
- Monitor product expiry dates and follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures.
- Prepare and pack products for supermarket replenishment.
- Conduct weekly stock checks and monthly inventory audits.
- Report damaged, expired, missing, or incorrect stock immediately.
Supermarket Operations
- Visit supermarket partner locations regularly to inspect and replenish candy displays.
- Check product availability, expiry dates, cleanliness, and display conditions.
- Transport products from the warehouse to supermarkets using a motorcycle.
- Record quantities delivered, transferred, or returned.
- Maintain professional communication with supermarket staff.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged products, or other operational issues.
Inventory Administration
- Enter and update stock movements accurately using Zoho Inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse and supermarket stock.
- Complete daily checklists and operational reports.
- Monitor supplies such as paper bags, cleaning materials, and other equipment.
- Report purchasing requirements and obtain approval before ordering.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Basic conversational English is mandatory, including the ability to understand and respond to spoken work instructions.
- Own a motorcycle in good working condition and possess a valid SIM C.
- Willing to travel regularly between the warehouse and supermarket locations across Bali.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to enter data accurately.
- Physically capable of handling and transporting manageable product boxes.
- Honest, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Able to follow written SOPs and company regulations consistently.
- Willing to perform both warehouse duties and supermarket visits.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory, merchandising, or retail is an advantage but not required.
- Willing to learn online Inventory; training will be provided.
