General Requirement:
1.Having working experience 2 – 3 years in the same scope of works
2.Hands on MicroSoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
3.Having working experience in a Bonded Area and Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus is an advantage
4.Contract period minimum 1 year
5.Willing to be place at Tambak, Kaliwungu Kendal
Job Description:
1.Monitoring for accurate ordering, receiving, storage, inventory management, and returns of all inbound and outbound stocks with established processes to include electronic management and reconciliation, escalation of stock outs, back orders, and shortages of stock.
2.Managing the real time data of IT inventory for the inbound and outbound stock in the warehouse as well as doing the inventory taking (stock opname) on monthly basis.
3.Making coordination with internal team of our customer (Warehouse, Export / Import, Sales, etc.).
4.Having knowledge and experience about IT inventory systems and reporting for bonded companies Preparing, managing, and submitting the IT inventory report for the customer.
