Job Summary
PT INDOGAL AGRO TRADING, established in 2014, is one of the largest beef importers and distributors in Indonesia. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain professional to join our team in Gianyar, Bali . This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and forward-thinking organization while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming goods (inbound) received from suppliers and ensure that the quantity, type, and condition match the delivery note and Purchase Order (PO).
- Verify that customer orders are prepared accurately and comply with the Delivery Order (DO).
- Compare physical inventory with warehouse documents and update records accurately in the Warehouse Management System/WMS.
- Perform daily inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy (Daily Cycle Count).
- Record and report damaged, defective, or missing items, and prepare daily inventory and operational reports.
- Arrange deliveries for small-quantity customer orders and coordinate inbound and outbound shipment plans with third-party warehouse providers.
Requirements:
- Experience in warehouse operations, warehouse checking, or a related field.
- Possess a valid Driver's License (SIM A).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
