Qualifications
- Female/Male (Preferably Female)
- Max. 30 years old
- Minimum high school/vocational school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of fashion product quality standards (experience in fashion/apparel is a plus)
- Able to work efficiently, neatly, and consistently
- Willing to work on a daily worker basis
- Disciplined, responsible, and able to work well in a team
Requirements / Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control checks on fashion products (fabric, stitching, sizing, color, and finishing) according to company standards
- Ensure all products are free from defects before packaging or shipment
- Separate and report rejected or non-conforming products
- Accurately record and document QC inspection results
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to maintain product quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the QC work area
- Coordinate with the Operations team regarding inbound and outbound warehouse goods
- Perform data entry and manage inventory (Google Sheets proficiency is required)
- Process and input orders from all active marketplaces
- Monitor and track low stock levels for finished goods, raw materials, and office supplies (including online stock discrepancies)
- Handle customer return products and manage cases until resolution
- Prepare weekly reports on sales, stock levels, and operational issues
