Job description for Warehouse Administration at PT. Ravindra Putrapratama
- Record and verify all stock using a template record.
- Prepare and process necessary shipping documents, including Delivery Orders (DO)/Surat Jalan, bills of lading, and invoices.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with audits to reconcile any physical-to-system discrepancies.
- Update product databases and generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Collaborate with the delivery crew and logistics partners to schedule efficient pickup and delivery times.
- Plan, map, and optimize delivery routes to reduce transit times and fuel costs.
- Monitor delivery status, track problematic or delayed shipments, and coordinate with customers to resolve issues.
- Handle administrative tasks related to freight claims for damaged or lost goods.
