Job Summary

BIASA is seeking a Warehouse Administration Staff who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of warehouse administration, inventory management, and logistics operations across all company sales channels, including Retail, eCommerce, Direct Sales, and Wholesale. This role ensures inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, efficient stock movement, and proper documentation of all warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory records and stock movements in the system.

• Monitor stock accuracy and coordinate stock transfers.

• Prepare packing lists, shipping documents, and warehouse administration.

• Responsible also for packing, shipping, and delivery processes.

• Handle returns, exchanges, and inventory adjustments in the system.

• Conduct stock take and support inventory reporting.

• Support order fulfilment across e-Commerce, Direct Sales, and Wholesale channels

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse administration or inventory management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

• Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fashion or retail industry.

• Experience in stock transfer, returns, and stock take.

• Able to perform packing and garment ironing according to company standards.

Working Hours

08.30 AM to 17.30 PM, 5 days a week.

Location

Kerobokan Kelod, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kab. Badung, Bali.
