Job description for warehouse admin at PT. Berdikari Meubel Nusantara
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handle warehouse administrative tasks using Accurate software.
- Verify and cross-check purchase documents and goods receipts.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Distribute materials to production based on Work Orders (SPK) from PPIC.
- Prepare and update inventory mutation reports.
- Implement computerized warehouse administrative processes in line with company policies.
- Conduct regular stock-taking (stock opname).
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes.
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in operating ERP is a plus.
- Preferably domiciled in East Java.
- Can join ASAP
