About the Job
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Admin to manage inventory records, shipping documentation, and daily administrative logistics. In this role, you will bridge physical warehouse operations with digital record-keeping, ensuring stock accuracy, timely order processing, and seamless coordination between supply chain teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records by updating stock levels and performing routine cycle counts.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipment documentation, including purchase orders, goods receipts, and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal departments to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
- Inspect received goods for quantity, quality, and potential damages before logging them into the system.
- Prepare regular reporting on stock movements, inventory discrepancies, and warehouse performance metrics.
- Maintain physical and digital archive files for all warehouse transactions and audit compliance.
- Enforce warehouse safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of administrative experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics setting.
- Proficiency with Inventory Management Systems (WMS/ERP software like Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Strong numerical capability, high attention to detail, and solid organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with carriers and internal teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle light physical tasks when inspecting inventory on-site.
- Valid Forklift License/Certification with proven hands-on experience operating a forklift safely.
