Job description for Warehouse Accounting Staff at J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo)
Job Description:
- Collect, process, and analyze warehouse financial data.
- Prepare periodic financial and analytical reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Monitor company revenue, operating costs, and profitability.
- Ensure the accuracy and validity of data used for financial analysis.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- 1–3 years of experience in finance; background in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, and other financial functions).
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented; able to work under pressure to meet targets and tight deadlines.
- Willing to be stationed in Karawang and work night shifts.
