Job description for Waitress at Artisan Bali
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a pleasant dining experience
- Inform guests about promotions, menu updates, and provide food & beverage recommendations.
- Maintain good knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverages, and food pairing.
- Take and process guest orders accurately using the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, side stations, cutlery, and tables.
- Handle billing and payment processes accurately and efficiently
- Support team members and assist with opening, closing, and other operational duties as assigned.
- Follow company service standards and carry out additional tasks professionally as directed by management.
Qualifications, Expertise & Requirements:
- Able to communicate in the language used by guests.
- Have a basic knowledge of restaurant service procedures.
- Have basic mathematical skills and be able to operate POS systems.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and multitask.
- Able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Capable of safely carrying trays of up to ±10 kg.
