Job description for Waiter at Moos

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

Melayani pelanggan dengan ramah dan profesional;

Mencatat dan menyajikan pesanan dengan tepat;

Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapihan area kerja;

Membantu proses operasional harian cafe;

Menangani keluhan pelanggan dengan baik;

Melakukan upselling menu kepada pelanggan.

Kuliafikasi :

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat;

Berpenampilan rapi, sopan, dan komunikatif;

Memiliki pengalaman di bidang F&B/restaurant lebih diutamakan (fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar);

Memiliki kemampuan melayani customer dengan ramah dan profesional;

Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim maupun secara individu;

Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift, termasuk di akhir pekan dan hari libur.
