We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our vibrant team at the Brunch Club Bali. As a member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to our guests.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional manner
- Providing efficient and attentive table service, taking food and beverage orders
- Ensuring prompt and accurate order fulfilment, working closely with the kitchen team
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, replenishing supplies as needed
- Handling payments and operating the cash register with accuracy
- Responding to guest inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely manner
- Supporting the overall smooth operation of the restaurant during busy periods
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in fast pace restaurant.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
