About SOMA Fight Club:

SOMA Fight Club is a high-performance combat sports gym, community, and lifestyle hub based in beautiful Bali. We are looking for an energetic, professional, and hospitality-driven Waiter/Cashier to join our F&B Service team! If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love interacting with a global community, and want to help create an amazing post-training experience for our members, this is the place for you.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab Utama:

Guest Service & Hospitality: Menyambut member dan tamu dengan ramah, membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan reguler, serta memberikan pelayanan yang tanggap dan profesional.
Food & Beverage Service: Mencatat pesanan dengan akurat, menyajikan makanan/minuman sesuai standar perusahaan, serta menjaga komunikasi yang lancar dengan tim dapur.
Cashiering & Transactions: Memproses pembayaran (tunai, kartu, digital) dengan teliti menggunakan sistem yang ditentukan, serta membantu prosedur opening dan closing kasir.
Operational & Cleanliness: Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian area makan serta stasiun servis, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar kebersihan makanan (hygiene), serta membantu pengisian stok (replenishment).
Dietary Awareness: Memahami bahan menu dan dengan akurat menyampaikan informasi alergi atau preferensi diet tamu kepada tim dapur/bar.

Persyaratan:

Saat ini berdomisili di Bali.
Memiliki pengalaman kerja di posisi yang sama (Waiter/Waitress/Cashier) di industri hospitality atau F&B minimal 1 tahun.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan ramah terhadap tamu lokal maupun internasional.
Jujur, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab dalam menangani transaksi keuangan dan kasir. Memiliki pemahaman dasar tentang food safety, hygiene, serta kesadaran terhadap alergi makanan/dietary restrictions.
Mampu bekerja secara kolaboratif dalam tim (team player) dan tetap tenang saat jam-jam sibuk (busy service periods). Disiplin, tepat waktu, dan memiliki tingkat keandalan yang tinggi.
Berpenampilan rapi, bersih, dan profesional sesuai dengan standar perusahaan.
