Ferro Ubud is looking for exceptional team player for the position of Waiter/Waitress.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.
Explain menu items, promotions, and recommendations to guests.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar team.
Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant's service standards.
Monitor guests' needs throughout their dining experience and respond promptly to requests.
Check food and beverage orders before serving to ensure accuracy and presentation.
Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Handle guest questions, requests, and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the Manager when necessary.
Process guest bills and payments accurately when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and assigned areas.
Ensure all restaurant equipment, utensils, and service items are properly handled and stored.
Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times.
Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, cashier, and other restaurant team members.
Support opening and closing duties, including preparation, cleaning, and restocking.
Assist with other operational tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
Requirements
Minimum high school education or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in an F&B environment is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, service-oriented, and professional attitude.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic English communication skills are an advantage, especially for restaurants serving international guests.
