Karma Bite Ubud is looking for a Waitress to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the Food & Beverage industry, enjoys creating positive experiences for guests, and is committed to delivering warm, attentive, and professional service.
## Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, warm, and professional manner
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
* Provide menu recommendations and answer guests’ questions when needed
* Serve food and beverages according to Karma Bite’s service standards
* Ensure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout their dining experience
* Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of the dining and service areas
* Have a good understanding of the menu, including food, beverages, and signature cocktails
* Handle guest requests professionally and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams
* Work closely with the entire restaurant team to ensure smooth daily operations
* Maintain consistent service standards and contribute to a positive dining atmosphere
## About You
* Previous experience as a Waitress or in the Food & Beverage service industry
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Friendly, positive, and professional personality
* Well-groomed, honest, disciplined, and responsible
* Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment
* Good understanding of restaurant service standards
* Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
* Able to communicate in English
* Living in Bali is an advantage
