• Well-groomed and presentable appearance
• Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) in any field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in F&B or hospitality industry
• Basic knowledge of proper food and beverage service techniques
• Clean background with no criminal record and a good sense of responsibility
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Job Desc:
• Warmly greet and welcome customers upon arrival, including assisting with door service
• Prepare and arrange guest seating in the dining area
• Take customer orders accurately and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
• Set up and maintain clean, organized, and properly arranged tables
• Serve beverages to customers in a timely manner
• Present the food and beverage menu and answer any questions regarding menu items
• Serve food and drinks in accordance with standard operating procedures and customer requests
• Recommend signature or popular menu items to enhance customer experience
• Clear used dishes and glassware efficiently after use
• Offer desserts and additional items to maximize guest satisfaction
• Present bills promptly upon request and process payments as needed
• Express appreciation to guests upon their departure to encourage return visits
