Position Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented Server to join our casual Greek restaurant team in the heart of Uluwatu, Bali. As a Server, you will be the face of our dining experience—welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring every guest has an enjoyable and memorable time at our restaurant. Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with warmth and a positive attitude.
Present menus and explain dishes, daily specials, and recommendations with enthusiasm.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, catering to dietary preferences and allergies.
Ensure timely delivery of orders and check on guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and care.
Process payments accurately and handle POS transactions confidently.
Keep the dining area clean, tidy, and organized, following restaurant standards.
Support your team with side duties such as resetting tables, refilling condiments, and preparing service stations.
Promote restaurant specials and upsell where appropriate.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in a casual dining or beachside restaurant setting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of POS systems.
Proficiency in English (required)
Passion for customer service and hospitality.
