Job Description:
As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for direct guest service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining table and work area cleanliness, as well as providing information about the menu and available promotions. You will also collaborate with the kitchen and reception teams to ensure every guest enjoys a delightful experience. Additionally, you will represent the face of our restaurant and must be able to maintain excellent communication with guests and colleagues.
Requirements:
1. Fluent In English
2. Minimum education of High School (SMA/SMK).
3. 1 to 3 years of work experience in the service industry.
4. Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
5. Experience in a Japanese or sushi restaurant is a major plus.
6. Friendly, proactive, and passionate about continuous learning and growing with us.
