Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Restaurant/Bar/Hotel
- Possessing a basic understanding of wine, alcoholic beverages, and coffee.
- Able to communicate in English (spoken)
- Proficient in operating a POS system (preferably Quinos)
- Disciplined, honest, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work in shifts and be stationed in Nusa Penida
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages.
- Explaining the menu and providing beverage and wine pairing recommendations to guests.
- Processing payment transactions using the POS system accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of table areas, the bar counter, and the condition of tableware (dining ware & glassware).
- Preparing juices, wine, alcoholic beverages, and coffee.
- Placing orders and tracking bar inventor
