In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers warmly and efficiently, ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they step into the restaurant.
- Taking orders accurately and promptly, while maintaining a friendly demeanor throughout the service.
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all patrons have a delightful dining experience.
- Assisting in the preparation of tables and ensuring the restaurant is well-maintained and presentable.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the dining area.
- Supporting the kitchen staff by clearing and resetting tables as needed.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Education: Candidates should have completed Senior/Vocational High School education.
- Experience: We welcome applications from individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Skills: You should possess experience in Chinese, Western, and barbecue restaurant settings, as well as restaurant reception duties. A background in customer service is highly desirable.
