The role of Waiter / Waitress involves providing outstanding service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all customers. Key responsibilities include interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, communicating effectively with kitchen and bar staff, managing tables efficiently, and assisting with inventory and ordering supplies as needed. The ideal candidate will be reliable, attentive, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for candidates who have completed SMA/SMK education and have between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role. A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a passion for hospitality are essential.
