Job Overview
We are looking for friendly and guest-oriented Waiters / Waitresses to join our front-of-house team at Cafe Dasa Sanur. In this role, you will be the face of our cafe, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and enjoys an exceptional dining experience through attentive and warm service.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and guide them through their dining options.
- Order Taking: Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our food and beverage menu to make recommendations.
- Table Maintenance: Keep dining areas, tables, and service stations clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Service Excellence: Anticipate guest needs and deliver an attentive, friendly, and memorable dining experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, grooming, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English.
